2.
Use the Slices pop-up menus under File Names to set the file naming as follows 18:

Figure 18. The Slices pop-up menus let you assign the naming conventions for the files created from slicing.

  • doc.name sets where the name of the document should appear.

  • "slice" inserts the word slice into the file name.

  • Slice# options inserts a number for each slice.

Tip

The "slice" and Slice# options can be used together to number the slices in the table without using rows and columns.

  • row/column names the slice using the row and column where the slice appears in the table.

  • Underscore, Period, Space, or Hyphen adds those elements as dividers between the slice labels.

  • None adds no element in that space for the file name.

3.
Use the Frames pop-up menu under File Names to set the file naming as follows 19:

Figure 19. The Frames pop-up menu lets you assign the naming conventions for the files created from frames.

  • Frame # (f2, f3, f4) inserts the label f and the frame number.

  • Frame # (2, 3, 4) inserts just the frame number.

  • Rollover (over, down, overdown) adds the name of the rollover state of the frame.

  • Abbreviated (o, d, od) adds letter labels for the rollover state.

4.
Choose Underscore, Period, Space, or Hyphen to add those elements as dividers between the slice labels.

5.
Choose None to add no element in that space for the file name.
