Chapter 12. AUTOMATION FEATURES > Using the Project Log

Using the Project Log

It may be difficult to remember all the files associated with a Web site or project. The Project Log gives you an easy way to organize these files into groups. You can also use the Project Log as part of a Find and Replace routine (see pages 187– 192).

To add or delete Project Log files:

1.
Choose Window > Project Log to open the Project Log panel 22.

Choose Add Files to Log from the Project Log menu 23.

Use the operating system dialog box to navigate to select the files to be added to the Project Log.

4.
Select an item or items in the Project Log and then choose Clear Selection to delete the selected files from the Project Log.

or

Choose Clear All to delete all the files from the Project Log.

Tip

The Project Log frame and date columns show which frames have been altered and the most recent modification date using Find and Replace.
