Dress Code

Clothing says a great deal about an individual and how employees dress says a great deal about a company. The dress code should reflect the job being performed and the nature of your business.

In a backroom function where employees do not have direct customer contact, a casual dress code may be appropriate. Where employees work directly with customers, clothing should reflect the best possible image. Customer contact employees should dress to make the customer feel comfortable while projecting an image of competence and expertise.
