CASE STUDY: THE PROGRAM REALLY WORKS

I have always admired how Bill does so much without seeming rushed. He always seems to have plenty of time when we talk. I know for a fact he rarely takes work home with him. I finally decided to ask Bill the secrets of his time management.

He began by saying he once had a real time management problem. Because of it he looked for ways to make better use of time. He read books on the subject and put some of their ideas into practice. Bill explained that the most important lesson he learned was to adapt techniques to his individual situation. He explained the following four basic concepts as keys to his success:
