Videoconferencing

One-way video with two-way audio is the most common form of videoconferencing currently in use because of the high cost of video transmission. However, this could soon change with new technology. At the present time, you can transmit from a specially equipped conference room or studio, and remote locations can receive video on a regular television monitor. Remote meeting rooms can be equipped for voice communication among them and with the central transmission point.
