68 Who I Have Helped, Who I Can Help Think back over the last couple of months and recall people you have helped. Think of "help" in broad terms to include giving helpful information, providing access to resources and people, giving referrals, and backing up people's ideas. Include people from all levels-at work, from professional associations and in your personal life. List these people below, indicating how you helped them and how they might help you. Next, list people you might be able to help. Indicate how you might help them and ways in which they might help you. When you need support, look over this list and see if there is someone you have helped whom you could call upon. People I Have Helped Recently Who How I Helped How He or She Could Help Me
