BUILD A NETWORK OF ALLIES > BUILD A NETWORK OF ALLIES - Pg. 67

67 Developing Your Ally Network Think of every person you know through your work, your family, professional groups, recreations and socially. List those you could approach for information, referrals and advice. Indicate in the second column what kinds of things they know about and what resources they might be able to help you with. Since you know a lot of people, this is a big task. Don't try to remember everyone all at once. Instead, come back to this list often and jot down names as they come to you. The resulting list is your Ally Network, one of the major resources you have for making your projects succeed. Ally What They Know (or resources they control) Work: Clients, colleagues and their friends, associates and acquaintances Family: Relatives and their friends, acquaintances and business associates
