Conducting productive meetings

Explanation

Many managers consider meetings the biggest time wasters in the workplace today. If a meeting only lasts one hour but thirty people attend the meeting, the meeting costs the company thirty production hours. Meetings are interruptions. If you are unable to complete a high priority task before the end of the day because you spent two hours of that day in a meeting, your productivity is negatively affected.
