To-do list

Making a to-do list can help you manage your time by allowing you to visualize your tasks for the day on paper. A “to-do” list should help you to organize your day, making you more productive. The more work you have to do, the more helpful a list can be.

To-do lists become dangerous when you create a wish list instead of a to-do list. When you write down everything you hope you are able to accomplish in a day, your list becomes overwhelming because you are trying to fit in more work than you are able to do. If you see something on your list that you could postpone or delegate to someone else, you should take that task off your list and concentrate only on the tasks you know that you must accomplish for that day.
