Nine Reforms to Restore Confidence and Rebuild the Economy

Restoring confidence in the credibility of financial markets so that the orderly growth of the economy can be resumed requires reforms.

Nine principal reforms would accomplish most that is currently needed. If the reforms are enacted, then the American economy can resume growth, and Germany, and other developed economies, can safely import American methods for supporting economic innovation, including venture firms and other elements of the Financial Value Chain, which converts economic value created by entrepreneurs into financial value acquired by the average investor.
