Chapter 15. Scams > Chain Letters

Chain Letters

Chain letters are a scam that has been around for ages with a little updating here and there to make it look different or even legal (which it is not), but the bottom line is always the same: you send a small amount of money to four or five people whose names appear on the list you receive and replace one of the names on the list with your own name before you send the list back out to more people.
