Chapter 34. Discovering Weaknesses

Over the years, Anthony has developed the reputation as a good person to take a problem to. As a manager with over 20 employees under his supervision, he spends more time counseling than others in a similar position. Anthony even has workers from other departments come to him for advice. Around home, neighbors frequently seek his guidance.

Anthony’s wife has this to say: “My husband is a natural counselor. He is patient, concerned and an outstanding listener. Somehow people understand their own problems better after talking with him. Even our own kids take some of their problems to their father. Strange as it may seem, he has never read a book or taken a course in counseling.”
