Chapter 9. Just or Unjust?

“Just” anger means that your anger is free of cognitive distortions; that you have a “right” to be angry under the circumstances. It means that, given the same place and time and the same situation, most other people would be angry, too.

How do you know when your anger is just? Ask yourself the following questions:
