You can also deal with anger escalation by practicing forms of relaxation. Relaxation is extremely helpful in many situations, and it is vital to a healthy, happy life.

We often overlook it as a tool because we say we don’t have time to relax. But when we don’t take the time we become more stressed, more angry and less capable of handling the daily problems with any form of constructive action. Relaxation can also be an important tool in managing our anger incidents.
