Chapter 13. Steps to Take: Visualizing Your Strengths and Weaknesses

Now that you have rated yourself in the twelve critical self-improvement areas, you can begin building your personal profile so you can gain a better perspective regarding your strengths and weaknesses.

  1. Study the profile sheet on the next two pages. Notice the twelve categories at the top, the scale from 1 to 10 on the left, and the squares at the bottom with page numbers assigned.

  2. Return to the exercises you completed and record the numbers (from 1 to 10) that you recorded.

  3. On the left part of the scale, locate the level on the column that equals the number at the bottom. Place a dot at this point.

  4. Connect the dots or fill in the bar graph and you have completed your profile.
