Click the Settings button in the Video area. Use the resulting Compression Settings dialog to configure the video compressor, quality, frame rate, and other video parameters for the movie. TIP Just like your iMovie movies, more quality means larger file sizes. You need to weigh the quality of the movie as you export against the file size you end up with. 6.
