Choosing a Color Label

Mac OS X Version 10.3 provides an easy way to color-code file and folder names. If you’re using the default Mac OS X color scheme, then only selected files and folders have colored labels—blue by default. You can assign one of several other color labels to a file or folder label. After you’ve color-coded labels, you can use the View, Arrange, by Label command to sort the contents of any Finder window by label color. To assign a color label:
