Mac OS X to the Max: Going All Out with iPhoto Keyboard Shortcuts

Table 15.2 provides a list of some of the more useful iPhoto commands along with their keyboard shortcuts.

FileShow Photo Info-IOpens the photo information window that provides detailed information about an image.
FileDuplicate-DCreates a copy of selected images.
FileRevert to OriginalNoneReturns an image you have edited to its original condition.
FileMove to Trash-DeleteMoves selected images to the Trash.
FileEmpty TrashNoneEmpties the Trash.
EditSelect All-ASelects all the images in the Contents pane.
EditDeselect AllShift--ADeselects all images in the Contents pane.
EditRotate Counterclockwise-RRotates selected images in the counter clockwise direction.
EditRotate ClockwiseShift--RRotates selected images in the clockwise direction.
EditSet Title ToNoneEnables you to choose the information you want displayed as the selected images' title. The options are Empty (no title), Roll info, Filename, and Date/Time. If you select the Date/Time option, you can select the format of the date and time used in the title.
EditKeywords-KOpens the Keywords dialog box that enables you to assign keywords to images and search for images by key words or other data.
ViewTitlesShift--TDisplays titles next to the image thumbnails in the Contents pane.
ViewKeywordsShift--KDisplays keywords next to the image thumbnails in the Contents pane.
ViewFilm RollsShift--FDisplays film rolls next to the image thumbnails in the Contents pane. (In iPhoto, the film roll is the number of the import session in which you added an image to the Photo Library.)
ViewArrange PhotosNoneEnables you to group images in the Contents pane by Film Roll, Date, Title, or Manually.
