Setting Up a Digital Camera or Scanner

More and more photographers have discovered the joys of converting their existing collections of negatives, slides, and prints into digital form. Photographers use various types of image scanners to convert their existing and new photos into digital form.

Many more people who shunned the high cost and inconvenience of conventional photography are eagerly adopting both digital cameras for still photography and digital video cameras. These devices use no film, but can store digital images directly onto either flash memory devices or digital videotape without conversion.
