Making the Start Menu More Useful

The Start menu is the jumping-off spot for virtually every task you can perform with Windows and Windows programs. Out of the box, it's moderately useful, but you can make Windows much easier to use by reorganizing and rearranging items on the Start menu and the Programs menu.
