Using a CD-ROM Drive

CD-ROM drives have become an important component of personal computers. Most software is now distributed on CD-ROMs, and their large capacity makes them ideal for use with games and multimedia titles that require large amounts of disk space but do not warrant permanent storage on a hard disk drive.
