Secrets of Mastering the Windows 98 Environment: Using Paint to Get a Listing of Files and Folders

If you're not using a third-party utility, getting a printout of a list of files or folders on your system might be a bit of a challenge. In Windows 98 you can use Paint to obtain a listing of your files or folders by copying an image of a My Computer or Windows Explorer window to the Clipboard. Then, you can paste the image into an image-editing program, like Paint, and print the image.

To use Paint to create and print an image of a listing of files or folders, follow these steps:
