Secrets of Mastering the Windows 98 Environment: Using Net Watcher

If files and printers are shared on your system and you are responsible for managing and sharing resources on other systems in your network, then you can use the Net Watcher utility to create, add, and delete shared resources. You can use this handy utility to establish shares on remote computers and to monitor and manage connections to those shared resources.
