Secrets of Mastering the Windows 98 Environment: Two Useful Printing Utilities

Although Windows 98 doesn't come with the best operating system printing features to date, in keeping with Microsoft's encouragement of third-party utilities, here are a couple of good ones.

InternetPrint, by Nadio, Inc., is a universal printer driver that enables you to send documents to remote printers over the Internet. InternetPrint functions as a printer driver and is called from within a running application. The criterion to determine whether InternetPrint will work for you is simple: If you can print a particular document from within an application to your local printer, then you can use InternetPrint to send the document to a remote printer. InternetPrint works with documents that contain any combination of text, graphics, and images. This utility can be found at http://softseek.com/Utilities/File_Printing/.
