Tweak UI

Many Windows experts have become fond of an unsupported Microsoft product called Tweak UI, which is available and freely downloadable from the Microsoft site. Tweak UI is one of the Microsoft "Power Toys" developed by programmers at Camp Bill in Redmond, Washington. Reports are that it works fine in 2000. Versions are available for both Windows 9x and NT. A 2000 version also adds some features. The Windows 98 version requires you to have a Windows 98 CD-ROM, so downloading the NT/Windows 2000 version from the Web would be better. If you happen to be in possession of the Windows 2000 Corporate Preview Program, you'll find a copy of Tweak UI (for 2000) on one of the CDs.

Tweak UI enables you to make over 100 changes to the Windows 2000 operating system. For example, you can do the following:
