Viewing Web Pages in Other Languages

Do you frequently find yourself browsing pages created by designers using an alphabet that's not the same one used in your Windows language settings? Before Internet Explorer can display foreign-language pages, you must use the IE4 setup program to install Multi-Language Support for the appropriate languages. You will find a Pan-European add-on that enables most Western European languages to display correctly. There are Japanese, Korean, and Chinese add-ins as well.
