Drive Mappings

Following a plan like the one shown in the section Setting Up a Data File Storage Server is important. If you don't, your workgroup ends up with a drive-mapping scheme that looks like a bowl of spaghetti. You don't want everybody in the network to be connected to everybody else's machines and drives. Point everybody in the workgroup to one machine for storage of working data files, and you'll always be able to find what you're looking for.
