Using Windows 3.1 Applications in Windows 95

According to Microsoft, Windows 95 features full backward-compatibility with 16-bit Windows 3.1 applications, and thus you can install and use your Windows 3.1 applications in Windows 95 without modification. And in fact, with only rare exceptions, Windows 3.1 applications do indeed run successfully in Windows 95.
