Using the History Bar to Revisit Web Sites

In addition to the cache in the Temporary Internet Files folder, Internet Explorer keeps a record of every URL you load. This History list is indispensable when you want to return to a page you visited recently but can't remember its address. If you've enabled multiple user settings on your Windows 95 PC, each user who logs in gets a private History folder. See Chapter 18, "Web Browsing with Internet Explorer 4.0," for more information about how you can manage the Temporary Internet Files folder.
