Building Effective Queries

The goal is not to make the query so broad that you have thousands of results. If you are looking for information on a certain feature of a product, use both the product name and the feature name in your query. If you already know the type of information you want—for example, system requirements for Windows 95—you can search that subset of the CD contents (see Figure G.4).
