Chapter 19. Configuring TCP/IP

TCP/IP, or Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol, is the networking protocol of the Internet. It is the most widely supported network protocol, running from large supercomputers down to small networks. And because it is the protocol of the Internet, if you want to take your Windows NT Workstation for a drive down the information superhighway, you have to use TCP/IP.
