Adding Microsoft Mail

The Microsoft Mail service is used to connect to a Microsoft Mail postoffice, either a workgroup postoffice created with Windows NT, Windows 95, or Windows for Workgroups, or a full Microsoft Mail server.

Required Settings

The minimum information you need to set up the Microsoft Mail service is your postoffice location, mailbox name, and password. These are stored on the Connection and Logon tabs in the Microsoft Mail properties dialog box shown in Figure 23.9.
