Internet Explorer opens to the Microsoft Home Page. You can use your mouse to scroll around the page and view the contents. When you see any underlined text, or the mouse pointer changes to a hand, you can click that link to see more, related information on a subject. For example, click Today's Link (see Figure 20.2) to view a link to another site that you may be interested in; this week, the link is to Hallmark's home page but the link changes from time to time, as do many links on the Web.
