Lesson 15. Printing with Windows 95 > Controlling the Print Job

Controlling the Print Job

It's hard to control just one or two jobs because they usually go to the printer too quickly. However, if there are several jobs in the print queue, you can control them. For example, you can pause and resume print jobs and you can delete a job before it prints.

Additionally, you can control the printer or just one particular document. You can, for example, cancel one document or all documents in the queue.
