Using the Explorer Window

At the top of the Explorer window, Windows NT gives the name of the drive whose contents you are currently looking at. In addition, the Explorer window is split into two panes. By default, the left pane displays your hard disk and the folders it contains. The right pane displays a list of the files stored in the selected folder. Figure 10.1 shows the Explorer window.
