Using the Address Book

The Address Book contains the names of the people in your workgroup on the network, as well as people in other domains and other workgroups. Although your system administrator creates and updates the Postoffice Address list, you can add or remove names on the list. You can also use the Address Book to add names to your personal address book.

To open and use the Address Book, follow these steps:
