Lesson 17. Printing with Windows NT > Deleting a Print Job

Deleting a Print Job

Sometimes you'll send a document to be printed and then change your mind. For example, you may think of additional text to add to the document or realize you forgot to spell-check your work. In such a case, deleting the print job is easy. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Print queue by choosing Start, Settings, and Printers; double-click the printer.

  2. Click the job you want to delete.

  3. Choose Document, Cancel.
