Configuring RAS Users and Clients

Windows 2000 RAS scrutinizes connection attempts based on the user and the computer.

For user accounts, Remote Access Admin or User Manager for Domains was used in Windows NT 4.0 to assign Remote Access permissions to user accounts. Computer Management-Local User Manager or Active Directory Users and Computers MMC snap-ins are used in Windows 2000.
