Configuring Systems to Log On to a Domain

Network clients can log on interactively to Windows 2000 Domains by using several different client operating systems. The steps for configuring the Domain logon for each operating system are described as follows.

Logging On to a Domain from Windows 2000

Before a Windows 2000 system can be configured as a Domain member, an account for the computer must exist in the Domain. Domain Controllers are already members of the Domain and require no additional configuration.
