Upgrading to Windows 2000 Server

If you have existing Windows NT servers on your network, a decision you will need to make is whether to leave them as Windows NT servers or upgrade them to Windows 2000. Even if your Windows NT server is chugging along contentedly, you may want to upgrade it. File and print servers should experience a healthy speed improvement in Windows 2000. You don't have to use Active Directory for Windows 2000 to provide significant benefits.
