Steve Crandall is a technology consultant in Cleveland, OH. An MCSE, he is also a doctoral student in the History of Technology at Case Western Reserve University. He has worked in technical support and management for a number of computer, consulting, and telecommunications firms. He is also a regular columnist for Microsoft Certified Professional Magazine.

Jeremy Godinger works for the Distributed Architecture team at a global financial services company, a 40,000-user environment. Recent projects include a 5000-user NT domain migration and a Windows 2000 evaluation. Projects are NT infrastructure-related and affect the entire enterprise. Certifications include MCSE and CNE. He graduated from MIT in 1997 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and will complete his master's degree program at Drexel University in Computer Science in June 2000. He currently lives in Philadelphia, PA.

Mike Kazmier is the Director of Network Services for Binocs Systems, Inc., located in Kalispell, Montana. (Yes, they have computers in Montana.) Mike is certified as an MCSE+I, Compaq ASE, and Novell CNA. His background centers around Windows NT 4.0, enterprise-level architecture planning and deployment, and he is currently pursuing the Cisco CCNP in Routing and Switching. His company has been running Windows 2000 in a production environment since Beta 3, and has been testing and running Exchange 2000 Beta 3 for three months.

James F. Kelly is the systems/network administrator for Technology Partners International, Inc., which offers consulting services for IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, contract management, relationship management, and contract renegotiation. He is currently a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), and is Network+ certified.

Kevin Kohut has been applying technology solutions to business needs for more than 18 years. As a consultant, he has helped both small companies and large corporations keep pace with ever-changing information technology requirements. Currently, Mr. Kohut is the Director of Technical Operations for an Internet eCommerce company, where he is responsible for both the company's internal IS and external Web site. An MCSE+Internet, Kevin has taught courses in network design, project management, and a variety of software applications and server operating systems. As a Contributing Editor for Microsoft Certified Professional Magazine, he published several articles on a variety of technologies, including Microsoft Exchange, Windows 2000, and network infrastructure.
