Managing Your Address Book

How do you keep track of all your friends, family members, business associates, online merchants, and everyone else you exchange e-mail with? Windows includes a handy program called Address Book that’s specifically designed to help you match names and e-mail addresses. To open Address Book, click Addresses on the Outlook Express toolbar. As you can see from Figure 7-4, the Address Book keeps each entry in a list, which you can display using the same choices as in Windows Explorer.
