Using Windows Messenger

Sometimes e-mail just isn’t immediate enough. In that case, you might want to send an instant message with Windows Messenger. If the person at the other end of the line is available, you can carry on a direct conversation by typing your messages in the Windows Messenger window, as shown in Figure 7-8.
