Summary

This chapter explored four “helper” applications—Address Book, Keychain Access, iSync, and Ink—that work with other applications rather than run on their own. Address Book integrates with several applications that use contact information, whereas Keychain Access stores private information (such as passwords) securely. iSync synchronizes information between your computer and portable devices. With the addition of a compatible graphics tablet, Ink can be used as an input device in place of your keyboard and mouse.
