The Finder Menu Bar

You've learned about the Finder window, but there's also a Finder menu bar, which provides access to a range of features. Some of those features are standard and shouldn't require much description. The standard features include options in the Edit menu to Undo/Redo, Copy, Paste, and Select All, and an option in the Window menu to access all open Finder windows.

Some menu bar options offer other ways to perform actions that have already been discussed. For example, several of the View options duplicate settings in the Finder window toolbar. Some of the unique options are covered in the following sections.
