Chapter 12. Printing, Faxing, and Workin... > The Page Setup and Print Windows

The Page Setup and Print Windows

Before anything shows up in the print queue, it must first be submitted to the printer. In most applications, you can print a document by choosing File, Print from the menu. You can also use two menu commands shared by most applications:

  • Print (Command-P)— Print the active document and configure settings for your chosen printer.

  • Page Setup (Shift-Command-P)— Choose how the document is laid out when printing.
