The Internet Explorer Interface

Mac OS X makes Web browsing easy with Internet Explorer (IE), a Web browser that enables you to open pages on the World Wide Web by typing in an address (better known as a URL or Uniform Resource Locator) or by clicking on hyperlinks.

To open Internet Explorer, simply click on the large blue lowercase letter e icon in the Dock. You can also find Internet Explorer in the Applications folder on your hard drive if it’s been moved.
