Hour 18. Accessibility Features and Additional System Preferences

System preferences are settings that control aspects beyond a single application and that might even affect the entire system. We’ve already covered many of Mac OS X’s system preferences while addressing specific topics. However, some settings don’t apply elsewhere. In this hour, we fill in the remaining gaps in system configuration and let you know where to find the system preferences discussed in other hours. We pay special attention to the accessibility features available in System Preferences.
