StickyKeys, FilterKeys, and ToggleKeys

Today's modern computer keyboard has many options over the alphabetic, numeric, and punctuation keys of yesterday's typewriters. The Esc key, a row of function keys, and additional specialized keys on computer keyboards are all useful for accessing the Internet or conducting other features offered by a particular computer manufacturer. This greater number of keys provides a lot more capabilities than the original typewriter; for example, it is often necessary to press more than one key at the same time to send a signal to a computer, a task not useful on typewriters.

The most obvious example of this is Ctrl+Alt+Del, which calls up a request to log off or restart the computer. For some people, this can be a difficult task. If you have arthritis or are just a hunt-and-peck typist, holding down three different keys can be difficult.
