Just as you can with your shared folders, you can set permissions on your shared printer for individual users and groups. The permissions that you can assign over a printer, and the powers they confer, include the following:
Manage Printers Allows a user to manage a printer's print queue; that is, to pause, resume, or delete any print job in the print queue, and to re-order or re-schedule the print jobs in the print queue. Can print to printer and change printer properties.
Print Allows a user to send print jobs to a printer and to pause, resume, and delete his/her own print jobs in the print queue.
Manage Documents A user can pause, resume, and restart and cancel documents sent by other users. Users cannot send documents to the printer or control the status of the printer.
